Smile FM has partnered with Soulwinner.org for non-profit dial up internet services.

Soul winner charges just $14.95 per month and has local numbers available all over the country offering a standard 56K service.  They then donate $5 a month of your monthly fee back to Smile FM as long as you keep their service with them.
