		Jenn Czelada - 6 to 10 AM & General Manager
		Jenn has been in radio for over 20 years. She started at her high school station when she was just 14.  She and Ed have been married for 13 years and have finally been blessed with twin daughters Hosanna and Hallelujah after a long battle with infertility.    Jenn loves to travel, scrapbooking, quilting, sewing, and sometimes plays Ham Radio (KC8SDJ) but now that the twins are here she doesn't get to do any of that! Jenn says doing the morning show is her "play time."  Her hubby tries to  get the girls to play quietly while she and George do the Morning Espresso. JenncSmile.FM

George Hunger 6 to 10 AM George Hunger is surrounded by great women!  He is married to his lovely wife Val and they have 3 beautiful daughters, Paige, Chloe and Autumn.  He has a hobby farm where he is trying his hand at gardening and raising chickens, goats (aka organic lawn mowers) and a small herd of cats.  The Morning Espresso is one of George's opportunity to use his gift of encouragement to share his faith.  He also works as a real estate appraiser.  He also loves to play the drums at in his church worship band.

Rob Dempsey, Middays - 10 AM to 3 PM		Faron Dice, Afternoons - 3 to 7 PM
Rob Dempsey had a tough childhood to put it mildly.  He was an alcholic by age 15 and lived on the streets of Florida.  God used a friend's accident and the encouragement he received from Christian Radio to change his life.  Rob knows the power of Christian radio to change lives first hand.   Rob has a lovely wife and three teriffic kids.  Rob has been on a journey to physical fitness in the past year and so far he's lost over 100+ pounds through diet and exercise.  See Rob's Before & After Pics!		Faron is married to Crystal for 20 years.  They have 3 kids: Mandi- 18, Alli- 14, and Chase- 9.   Faron's favs include t-ball coaching, playing the guitar, and hanging with the family.

When I'm not working at Smile FM, you'll find me: Playing with my dog.  Dreaming of winning a shopping spree at Hobby Lobby.  Singing.  A bit about my Christian life: I've learned that Christianity is a living, active relationship with God...not a performance for Him.  If I could say one thing to Smile FM listeners: Thank you...thank you...thank you!!! Consider yourselves hugged!		Brian Dumont protests only having this tiny little space to describe himself!  He sent us 9 pages of information to add the the site:-)  Brian and his wife Jennifer are active at Mt. Hope Church in Lansing.  They have 3 awesome kids, and sometimes Brian even shares his toys with them.

Rob Dale, Weather		Dennis, Weekends
Rob has three daughters and moved to the Lansing area from Toledo to work as the weekend meteorologist for WLNS TV-6.  He is also a software developer, his software is used by the National Weather Service. Rob is also a Ham Radio Operator (N8GSK). He has been chasing thunderstorms for over 15 years and during quiet weather can be found playing softball and cheering for the Yankees...		Dennis hails from the Detroit area and has been on the radio in Lansing and Grand Rapids since 1991. He is a graduate of MSU (Go Green!). Dennis has been married to Robbie since 1994 and they homeschool their 3 kids. He enjoys MSU sports, camping, ice hockey, classic movies, computers and teaching.

Melissa Proffit, Morning News		Andy Delancey, Afternoon News
Melissa has delivered the news in Michigan for 13 years now, both in television and radio. Besides being a journalist, she also mom to three children, Grayson , Josie and Tanner. Melissa grew up an airforce brat and has lived all over, even attended high school in Germany. She's a creative memories consultant, teaches bible studies and is a leader in women's ministry. She loves that God's plan for her life has taken so many differnet turns, and can't wait to see what he comes up with next.		Andy has worked in news since the age of 16.  Seven years later, he still finds it to be his passion.  In addition to SmileFM's afternoon news, Andy works as a TV news producer.  Andy enjoys traveling, reading, going to concerts and eating out.

Su Fellabaum, Administrative Coordinator		Jerry Smith, Office Assistant and Underwriting Rep
Su (yes, that's without an "e") is blessed with 2 beautiful daughters, Brooke & Jo-Jo and is waiting word from China as to when she can go get her third, Naomi. She has been married to Mike for 16 years and is a 4 year breast cancer survivor and living proof of God's healing power. She loves using her talents to advance God's kingdom by planning, participating and volunteering in outreaches at her church, The Freedom Center, in Fenton. In her spare time (lol) she loves to go camping, paint, and always has a project going at home. Su is also a licensed cosmetologist.		Jerry is the office rat here at Smile FM (a person who spends much time in a specified place). When he's not in the office or filling the prize vault for E-wards you can find him at his youth center. He founded the About Face Youth Center in Holt in June of 2007. His goal is to bring teens in off the street and share the good news of Christ, then get them into a bible teaching church.

Denise Hewitt, Office Assistant		Clayton Hewitt, Engineer and Underwriting
Denise is called the Smile FM Super Nanny. When not working at her full time job as a Deli Clerk she is looking after the bosses twin daughters Hosanna and Hallelujah. Denise is married to Clayton who also works here at Smile FM.		Clayton has been married to his lovely wife Denise since 1992. They have two sons Jacob (the piano man) and Joshua. Clayton has been involved in  Broadcast Engineering since 1982 and has worked in both Radio and TV engineering. His idea of a fun weekend is tower hunting. Clayton's hobbies are Ham Radio (KF8UI) and R/C monster truck racing.

Ed Czelada, Chief Engineer and Prog Manager		Dale Mazzoline, Production
Ed has been in radio full time for more than 20 years.  He has been involved in the start-ups of many radio stations around Michigan.  Ed likes radio, ham radio (N8OVL) and Radio Shack :-)  He got started in electronics when he was in forth grade when he built...you guessed it...an "all band" transmitter out of a book in the school library.  It transmitted on AM, FM, TV all at the same time!  Oops!  (Urban legend has it, that his parents got his first Fisher Price soldering iron several years before this when he built The Cat Door Bell). Ed and Jenn Czelada are the co-founders of Smile FM, which started on their "kitchen table" in mid 90's.		Married to Karen since 1988. Has 3 daughters. Attended Specs Howard School of Broadcast Arts. Owned a mobile disc jockey service for 7 years. Been involved in radio for 17 years. Audio Engineer at Harbor Light Community Chapel. Master Electrician. WTLI Traffic Manager and Feature Production for Smile FM.
