With the high cost of gas today, used Minivans are not selling very quickly or for their full value. If you donate your gently used Minivan to Smile FM, you can receive some incredible tax benefits.
A Minivan donated to Smile FM will be used for our business purposes, you can still take the full fair market value of the Minivan as a tax deduction.
Tax Deductions: If your Minivan fair market value is $10,000, you would receive a tax receipt from Smile FM for that amount. You can then take up to 50% of your Adjusted Gross Income as a deduction each year until the donation value is used up. The value of this tax deduction could be as much or more than you can sell the Minivan for depending on your tax bracket and the value of the donation. What will Smile FM do with the Minivan??
We often have to send our staff on the road for days at a time, so we would like to have an Minivan to send them out to represent the station when we have to be gone for several days at a time. We may install a small mobile studio inside the main section of the Minivan where we can do artist interviews and remote broadcasts. We'll paint it up really pretty to let the community know that Smile FM is in town!
